Terms of Sales

Please take some time to review the following terms of sale for a pleasant shopping experience with Faire Belle.

By making a purchase with Faire Belle on www.fairebelle.com, you are acknowledging that you have read through and understood our terms of sale prior to placing an order in our system.


1) GENERAL
1.1) This is a legal binding sales and purchase contract entered between Faire Belle and the customer when the customer decided to make a purchase with us and checkout the items.

1.2) By making a purchase with Faire Belle, you are deemed to have read through the entire terms and conditions (inclusive of terms of sale, conditions of use and privacy policy) which all formed as the legal binding contract that would be entered between you and Faire Belle and you will fully adhere to the latest terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.fairebelle.com/terms .


1.3) Customer must agree to our terms of sale before a valid order would be placed on our website. During the checkout process, our website would prompt the customer that they need to agree and accept to our terms of sales. Only when the customer agreed and accepted to our terms of sales, then our website would record the customer's purchase as a valid order.


1.4) At the point during the checkout process where the customer agreed and accepted to our terms of sales, the customer's name, shipping address, email address, IP address, browser and the operating system of the computer used to placed the order would be recorded. These data is used as information that the customer has electronically signed the contract entered between the customer and Faire Belle.


1.5) Once an order is placed, we are unable to accept any requests pertaining to change in design(s), sizing and combining shipping from multiple orders. 

 

1.6) Faire Belle reserves the right to amend the terms of sale at any time without any prior notice.


2) PRODUCTS
2.1) Faire Belle will make every possible effort to provide accurate measurements for all products listed on the site. However, due to mass manufacturing, there may be 0.5-1 inch difference from our given measurement. In such cases, this variance is not considered as a manufacturing defect.


2.2) Measurements are taken when products are laid flat; length measurement is taken from shoulders down. Measurements for our product may be given as a range. The range in the measurement may be due to nature of the product, eg stretchable. If the product is stretchable and the measurement is provided as a range, the maximum measurement given in the range is the measurement of the product when stretched. We advise all customers to provide an allowance of 0.5” to 1.5” from their own measurement to fit into our products based on the measurement provided. We also advise customers to provide an allowance of 0.5" to 1.5" from their own measurement to fit the maximum/stretched measurement of our product as customers may find that they are not able to fit in the product in the maximum measurement of the range/stretched measurement comfortably.


2.3) Faire Belle will make every possible effort to accurately represent the colours of our products. However, due to many factors such as different colours resolutions on different computer screens & computer graphics card, perception errors and shadow and/or lighting casting on the computer screens, there might be some discrepancies in the interpretation of the colours of our products. Please exercise your own discretion before making a purchase.


2.4) Definition of sheer items - refers to see through items regardless item is lined or without inner lining; in this case, the undergarment can be seen clearly. Definition of translucent items - refers to items which show the outline of the undergarment despite being lined.


2.5) Products of tie-dye, ombre, florals, lace, paint splash, abstract patterns and hand-made nature may vary with the product images as shown. Because of the nature of such products, variations may occur and the product received may differ from the product images. As such, if the item you have received is of such nature and it differs or varies with the product images as shown, it is not a manufacturing defect and it will not be considered as defect or misrepresentation.


2.6) In rare occurrences, Faire Belle's website may contain product with inaccurate pricing. Faire Belle reserved the right to decline, reject and cancel any order and/or product with an inaccurate pricing.


2.7) All items should be hand-washed and hang-dried for its first-wash. Do not bleach or soak any items unless it is necessary to get rid of stains or smells. Products of certain nature (eg: products of tie-dye nature, knit, chiffon etc ) should be hand-washed all the time. Products of certain nature (such as chiffon) should be ironed using a steam-iron instead of using a conventional iron. Please consult our customer service regarding the washing and/or ironing of any item when in doubt. 


3) BACKORDER PRODUCTS
3.1) Estimated time of arrival (ETA) for backorder and restock products are provided in the production description. The ETA provided is an estimation.


3.2) The backorder product and/or restock product may not arrive as stated as the ETA provided for the product. Delays may occur for backorder and restock product. Cancellation or refund of backorder and/or restock product are not applicable if the product's arrival is delayed.


3.3) All backorder product and/or restock product will be dispatch within 5 working days after its arrival.


3.4) Orders containing backorder item(s) and instock item(s) would only be dispatch after all the items are available and/or arrived unless the customer has opted for the backorder item to be shipped separately from the instock item.


3.5) Colour variations may occur for backorder and/or restock product as the fabric and/or dye used to manufacture the backorder and/or restock product is different from the fabric and/or dye used for the original batch of the product. Such instances of colour variations are not considered as a manufacturing defect.


3.6) Shortage in quantity may occur for backorder and/or restock product and therefore Faire Belle reserved the rights the cancel your order for backorder and/or restock product after the shortage has been made known to Faire Belle. A full refund inclusive of shipping fees paid for the backorder and/or restock product would be made in the form of original payment method.


4) DISCOUNT CODES
If you have any discount code to be utilised, please take note of the following rules governing the use of discount codes:


4.1) To utilise the discount code, it must be entered in the discount code section and validated by the system during checkout.


4.2) Discount code must be applied before submitting your order. You will not be able to apply the discount code after the order is placed.


4.3) Refunds / store credits will not be provided in the event that you miss out on applying the discount code when placing your order(s).


4.4) All discount codes are not valid to be used in conjunction with any other existing discount code; only one discount code can be applied for each order.

4.5) Orders made with discount codes and/or promotional codes are not eligible for returns and/or exchange including size exchange.. 

 

5) PAYMENT
5.1) For orders with Credit Card (VISA / Mastercard) as the payment method, your order will only be confirmed once the payment has been made successfully.


5.2) For orders with Bank Transfer as the payment method, your order will be confirmed upon the submission of your order and your order will be reserved for you to make payment and update Faire Belle with the payment details into the bank transfer portal with the link found on your email invoice within 24 hours from order confirmation.


5.3) Orders not paid and/or payment details not updated within the stipulated time frame may be cancelled automatically by the system. Faire Belle will not be responsible if the customer looses the inventory slot for the item if the order is cancelled.


5.4) Payment for all orders must be made within 24 hours from order confirmation. You must also furnish us with your payment details into the bank transfer portal (where the link can be found on your email invoice) within 24 hours. Failure to make payment and/or furnish payment details for any orders / items of any orders within 24 hours may result in your orders cancelled and blacklisted.


5.5) For payment made via Internet Banking Fund Transfer or Mobile Banking Fund Transfer, you must provide us with transaction initials (iBanking nickname) and transaction date & time.


5.6) For payment made via ATM Fund Transfer,  you must provide us with transaction initials, transaction reference and transaction date & time. If the ATM machine does not allow you to key in your transaction initials, you must provide us with a snapshot of your ATM Fund Transfer receipt. You must write your email address and order number on the ATM Fund Transfer receipt before the snapshot is taken. We regret to inform you that we strictly do not accept any scan copies of the ATM Fund Transfer receipt. Screenshot of the transaction page of the ATM machine is STRICTLY not accepted.


5.7) We do not accept any Paypal payment/transfer. All Paypal payment/transfer will be ignored.


5.8) Failure to furnish us with compulsory details may result in your orders being void and no refunds will be made.


5.9) Refunds, if any, will be processed in the form of store credits valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Refunds to be made back to the funding Credit / Debit Card, if any, when processed, will incur a refund processing fees of the prevailing MDR + $3.50 charged by the merchant and acquiring bank & gateway. Cash refund, if any, made, will incur a refund processing fees of $7.50. Such charges related to refund will be deducted from the refund and payable by the customer regardless of the scenario of the refund. Faire Belle will not provide any reimbursement for the processing fees. 


5.10) Customer who chooses to pay via credit card and choose Singpost Normal Mail for shipping will not be eligible for a chargeback as the decision to choose Singpost Normal Mail for shipping was made by the customer. As the nature of Singpost Normal Mail does not provide proof of shipping, proof of delivery and tracking status, these items will not be presented for a chargeback.

5.11) Customer will be made liable for any chargeback fees if the customer filed for any invalid chargeback request.


6) SHIPPING
6.1) DEFAULT SHIPPING

Faire Belle's default shipping service is Roadbull Delivery. Faire Belle recommends all customers to choose a secure shipping method which is trackable and insured, such as Roadbull Delivery as their shipping method.


6.2) DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Despatch will be done in 1 to 3 working days’ time for orders of regular priced instock items. Delivery will be attempted in 1 to 3 working days’ time for Roadbull Delivery and Maxcellents Delivery, 1 to 2 working days’ time for Maxcellents Priority Delivery, 3 to 7 working days’ time for Singpost Normal Mail or the timeframe stated in the shipping service’s service guidance found in clause 6.5. 

Additional delivery lead time may occur because of service delays, bad weather (such as haze and/or consecutive days of prolonging raining), service delay guidance issued by the delivery carrier and/or postal service peak mailing period. Please refer to clause 6.6 for more information on delays in delivery and shipping peak periods.

For sales items, despatch will be done in 3 to 5 working days’ time after the order has been placed. For backorder items, despatch will be done in 1 to 3 working days’ time after the backorder shipment has arrived at Faire Belle’s warehouse.


6.3) SINGPOST NORMAL MAIL 

Faire Belle does not recommend customers to choose Singpost Normal Mail as their shipping method.


Singpost Normal Mail is an ordinary postal shipping that is non-trackable and non-insured. Orders despatched by Singpost Normal Mail are not registered in the postal system and therefore, there is no tracking and visibility of the parcel after the parcel has been despatch to Singpost.

As a result of the nature of Singpost Normal Mail (ordinary postal mail), there is a possibility and high risk for parcel despatched through Singpost Normal Mail to be misdelivered, missing or lost. There will be no compensation of any sort that will be provided by Faire Belle and/or the postal licensee.

Please note that there will be no proof-of-shipping and/or proof-of-delivery provided by Faire Belle for orders nominated for shipping by Singpost Normal Mail.

Dispatch of orders with Singpost Normal Mail as the shipping carrier will be of a lesser priority given that Singpost Normal Mail is not the default shipping carrier and it is also one that is not recommended by Faire Belle. 


By choosing Singpost Normal Mail as the shipping method for your order, you acknowledge and understand that Faire Belle has informed you the advisory and the risk involved and you hereby state your wishes and wiliness to undertake all the risk related to Singpost Normal Mail on your own and on your own's accord.

Therefore, you agree that you will not hold Faire Belle responsible for any action or outcome (such as non-delivery, misdelivery, missing and/or loss of the parcel) after the parcel has been dispatch to Singpost’s postal system.  

You also agree that you considered and agreed that the parcel for your order has been despatched to Singpost’s postal system when Faire Belle advised that the parcel has been despatched, regardless of whether there is any evidence, proof, proof-of-shipping and/or certificate of posting produced by Faire Belle.

6.4) NO-GO ZONES

Roadbull Delivery / Maxcellents does not deliver any parcels to any offshore island and/or restricted areas/address (No-go zone). 

The No-go zone include:

[1] P.O. Boxes, Postal Locked Bag, Postal Window Delivery Service, VBOX, My Mail Box, My Singpost Box.

[2] ALL offshore islands (example such as Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, St John’s Island and Khusu Island)  

[3] ALL MINDEF/SAF (Singapore Armed Forced, Republic of Singapore Air Force, Republic of Singapore Navy) military area, army camp, air base, naval base, ammo base and store, ammo command and building. Including Gombak Base, Central Manpower Base, Defence Technology Tower B, Defence Technology Tower A, all DSO buildings, all DSTA buildings and offices, all FSD buildings and offices and all SID building and offices .

[4] ALL MHA/SPF/SCDF/Singapore Prisons buildings such as New Phoenix Park, Special Operation Command, Coast Guard Brani Base, Home Team Academy, SCDF Training Academy, SCDF Nee Soon Camp, Woodlands Checkpoint, Tuas Checkpoint, Changi Prisons, Sembawang Prisons and Admiralty West Prisons.

[5] All ports and port supporting buildings in Singapore including PSA Tanjong Pagar Terminal, PSA Pasir Panjang Terminal, PSA Keppel Terminal, PSA Brani Terminal, and Jurong Port.

[6] All airports, air base and its supporting facilities such as Changi Airport, Seletar Airport, Seletar Aerospace Park, Airline House, ALPS area, SATS buildings and dnata buildings.

[7] Facilities of Chemical Plants (such as Esso, Shell, Caltex, SPC), Data Centre, Engine Test Centre (such as SIA Engine Centre, Trend Engine Centre), Power Station and Shipyard natures.

In addition, Maxcellents do not deliver parcel dispatched by Roadbull Delivery, Maxcellents Delivery and/or Maxcellents Priority Delivery to City areas, CBD areas, Tuas areas, Orchard areas. Please opt for Maxcellents City/CBD Delivery if your shipping address falls into any of the areas mentioned in the previous sentence.


6.5) SERVICE GUIDANCE AND TERMS OF SERVICE OF RESPECTIVE SHIPPING SERVICE.

By choosing any shipping method and/or shipping carrier, you must read and agree to the respective shipping method and/or shipping carrier's service guidance and terms and conditions of service. You can find the respective shipping method and/or shipping carrier's service guidance below

6.6) DELAYED DELIVERY AND SHIPPING PEAK PERIOD

Additional delivery lead time of 2 to 5 working days may occur because of service delays, bad weather (such as haze and/or consecutive days of prolonging raining), service delay guidance issued by the delivery carrier and/or postal services peak mailing period. 

We recommend customers to choose Roadbull Delivery as their shipping method if the order is placed during the shipping peak period or the parcel is to be despatch during the shipping peak periods.

Shipping Peak Period:

i) 1 January until the fourth day of Chinese New Year (as defined by Singapore's Ministry of Manpower) - Chinese New Year Peak Period.

ii) Great Singapore Sale (GSS) period - Great Singapore Sale Peak Period.

iii) 11 November until 12 December – Double 11 Sale and Double 12 Sale Peak Period.

iv) 1 December until 31 December - Christmas and New Year Peak Period.

v) 7 working days before any Public Holidays (as per defined by Singapore's Ministry of Manpower) until 7 working days after any Public Holidays (as per defined by Singapore Ministry of Manpower) - Public Holiday Peak Period.


6.7) RESCHEDULING AND REDELIVERY IN THE EVENT OF A DELIVERY FAILURE.

Roadbull Delivery

If your shipping carrier is Roadbull Delivery, when Roadbull Delivery failed the first delivery attempt, Roadbull Delivery would attempt to contact you for redelivery. If the customer did not receive communications regarding rescheduling and redelivery, you would need to contact Roadbull via the contact details provided in the tracking information email to arrange for a redelivery.

Roadbull Delivery would provide a free redelivery for the parcel one more time. In the event the redelivery failed, Roadbull Delivery would return the parcel back to us. Customer will have to pay for the prevailing, non-subsidised shipping rate for us to resend the parcel.

Maxcellents Delivery & Maxcellents Priority Delivery

If your shipping carrier is Maxcellents Delivery / Maxcellents Priority Delivery, when Maxcellents failed the first delivery attempt, Maxcellents would attempt to contact you for redelivery. If the customer did not receive communications regarding rescheduling and redelivery, you would need to contact Maxcellents via the contact details provided in the tracking information email to arrange for a redelivery.

Maxcellents would provide a free redelivery for the parcel one more time. In the event the redelivery failed, Maxcellents would return the parcel back to us. Customer will have to pay for the prevailing, non-subsidised shipping rate for us to resend the parcel.


6.8) AUTHORISED TO LEAVE (ATL)

For parcel despatched by Roadbull Delivery, Maxcellents Delivery and/or Maxcellents Priority Delivery, the shipping carrier and its driver, contractor, service provider, outsourced service provider may leave your parcel at any of following location with or without your prior authorisation, consent and/or knowledge and it will be considered as delivered by the shipping carrier. 

[1] Shoe-rack/Shoe-cabinet outside your shipping address

[2] In between the wooden door and metal grille gate of your shipping address

[3] Letter-box of the shipping address if it is accessible by the driver and/or delivery-man.

[4] Car porch, if any

[5] Gas riser, Water riser and Electric Meter compartment outside your shipping address

[6] Neighbour in the same block (in the event if it is a high-rise apartment) or in the same street (in the event of landed property). 

If the parcel is left at any place outside your shipping address and/or the above-mentioned location, you will receive the relevant communications from the delivery man or shipping carrier.


6.8)The chargeable shipping rate will be reflected during checkout; by confirming the order you are deemed to have accepted the shipping rates as quoted. 


6.9) SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CUSTOMER’S OWN DISCRETION

All shipping address(es) is provided at customer's own discretion.

Upon entering and/or selecting an shipping and/or billing address for your order during checkout, customers is obligated under this contract to check that the shipping and/or billing address provided and reflected at checkout, the checkout review page, invoice and order confirmation email to ensure that the address provided and/or reflected is a valid address where the recipient would be able to receive their parcel and that the address is acceptable for the shipping carrier and/or the recipient's designated public postal system.

Faire Belle uses all the shipping address and/or billing address reflected at the checkout, invoice and/or order confirmation on an "as it is" basis to generate the shipping label for the order, interface the data to the shipping carrier and/or submit the relevant billing and purchase information to the relevant authority if requested by the authority to do so.

Faire Belle is unable to check and/or filters out for any incorrect, invalid shipping address and shipping address which are not structured correctly. Therefore, Faire Belle is not liable for any incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer in the order details and/or bounced parcel regardless of reason.


6.10) BOUNCED PARCEL

In the event any parcel was bounced back to Faire Belle for reason(s) that was not caused by Faire Belle, such as unclaimed parcel, incorrect shipping address marked by the shipping carrier, incomplete shipping address, refused parcel, customers would be required to pay for the actual shipping fees plus an SGD$0.60 handling charge for us to resend the parcel via the shipping method that was originally selected by the customer.

Customers who were offered free shipping upgrade, free shipping and/or subsidised shipping originally would be required to pay for the actual shipping fees plus an SGD$0.60 handling charge to resend the parcel. Outgoing parcels will be on hold for 72 hours after notification of bounced parcel. Parcels may be disposed of after the holding period offered.


6.11) PARCELS ON HOLD

All outgoing parcel that is put on hold will only be put on hold for 72 hours or the timeframe stated in the notification after the notification that the outgoing parcel is put on hold. If a notification is sent out requiring the customer to resolve the issue, customer would have to resolve the situation causing the hold of the parcel within 72 hours from the notification. Faire Belle reserved the rights to the dispose of the parcel that was on hold and/or no longer holding the parcel that was on hold after the holding period offered has passed without any notifications. Faire Belle reserved the rights not to offer any compensation or refunds for parcels disposed of. Faire Belle reserved the rights to impose charges, at its own discretion, for holding onto parcels whereby the holding period offered has passed.


6.12) NON-GUARANTEE OF SHIPPING AND/OR DELIVERY SERVICE.

Faire Belle does not offer any guaranteed express, urgent, next working day delivery, same day delivery, same working day delivery, same day night time delivery, guaranteed arrival date, time-zone delivery, designated delivery, Saturday & Weekend delivery, night-time delivery and restricted area delivery service.

All dispatch, shipping and delivery timeframe as mentioned henceforth in the terms of sales, customer's enquiries and emails serve as a general advisory to give customer an idea of the timeframe and they do not serve as a guarantee or warranty provided to customer and the timeframe mentioned are not guaranteed service provided by Faire Belle and/or the respective shipping carrier. 


6.13) FULFILMENT CONSTRAINTS AND CONSOLIDATION OF ORDERS

Because of fulfilment constraint, Faire Belle reserves the rights to dispatch your order in multiple parcels.

From time to time, Faire Belle reserves the rights to consolidate multiple orders into 1 parcel or dispatch out one order in multiple parcels depending on item availability at the point of fulfilment and packing.

Consolidation of orders across multiple orders into a single shipment is strictly not allowed.


6.14) FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is offered for the purchase of 3 regular priced instock items worth SGD$80 in a single order. This excludes pre-order items, backorder items and sale items.

Free shipping is only valid for orders shipped by Roadbull Delivery to a Singapore address (excluding Roadbull Delivery’s No Go Zones, No Go Zones stated in clause 6.4, virtual address such as P.O. Box, My Mail, My Singpost Box, VBOX address)

Pre-order items, backorder items and sale items do not count towards the free shipping critieria. Orders with discount code applied with not qualify for free shipping. Consolidating of multiple orders placed by the same customer to meet the free shipping's criteria is not allowed and accepted. Only 1 free shipment is provided for each eligible order.

Orders including backorder items or opting to ship the backorder items separately (split the order into 2 shipments) will not qualify for free shipping.

"Roadbull Delivery" shipping method must be selected as the order's shipping method during checkout.

Free shipping will not apply if Roadbull Delivery is not selected as the shipping method during checkout. There will be no refunds of store credits provided if the customer did not select Roadbull Delivery as the order’s shipping method during checkout.

The discount code for the free shipping promotion, if any, must be keyed into your shopping bag and validated by the shopping bag. Faire Belle will not entertain any request to provide free shipping for any order that doesn't have the discount code keyed in or validated by the shopping bag if the discount code is required to reflect the shipping promotion.

Faire Belle reserves the right to substitute the shipping carrier with any other similar shipping carrier. The promotion is only valid until 31st October 2016.


6.15) If you have opted for free shipping or subsidised shipping (such as Free and/or subsidised Roadbull Delivery / Maxcellents Delivery) but decided to send any item for return, Faire Belle reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping costs from the refund/credit amount.


6.16) SUBSTITUTION OF SHIPPING SERVICE

Faire Belle reserves the rights to substitute the chosen shipping method with other shipping method/carrier, provided that the substituted shipping method/carrier is a similar/better shipping class as the chosen shipping method.

 

6B) SELF-COLLECTION

6.17) For orders opting for self-collection, the order will only be available for collection during the self-collection session stipulated in the order confirmation and at the venue and the timing that was reflected in the checkout. No other timings are available.

6.18) Orders must be made, paid for and the payment verified by Faire Belle before the timing stipulated in checkout. Orders that are made, paid for, payment updated and/or payment verified by Faire Belle after the timing stipulated will not be eligible for self-collection and the order will not be made available for collection during the self-collection stipulated in the order confirmation. A top-up at the prevailing shipping fees, with any processing fees that Faire Belle deemed fit, will be required to send the orders falling under clause 6.18 via shipping. 

6.19) Faire Belle's obligation for orders opting for self-collection is that the order will only be made available for collection during the stipulated session.

6.20) We will not entertain orders placed and opt for self-collection and later requesting for the order to be consolidated with other order that the customer may have or then requesting the order to be ship to the recipient via postal shipping or parcel shipping. 

6.21) For orders opting for self-collection and the parcel have been packed for the self-collection, if the parcel is not collected during the stipulated self-collection session at the stipulated timing, the order will be made available for self-collection at the next self-collection, if any that Faire Belle has. If the event that there is no self-collection session available, the order has to be sent by shipping and a top-up at the prevailing shipping fees is required.


7) RETURNS
7.1) All items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.


7.2) Please check through all products immediately upon receiving your parcel from us.


7.3) Returns is accepted for incorrect item received, defective item received and customer requesting for a size exchange due to a misfit of size (subject to product availability). Issues that do not affect the functionality and/or overall external apperance of an item does not constitute as a defect.  


7.4) The replacement item for returns of the defective item and incorrect item received will be the original product ordered. In the event that the original product is out-of-stock, you can opt for another product as replacement product (top up will be required if a high-value item is chosen). No refunds will be made.


7.5) The replacement item for returns of size exchange nature will be the original product ordered in the size requested by the customer. In the event the size requested by the customer is not available/out-of-stock, Faire Belle will not proceed and/or authorise the size exchange.


7.6) All return items must be returned in its original conditions with the original packaging, clothing label/ tag intact(if any). Item must remain unworn, unwashed and unused for the return to be valid.

If an item returned is purchased as part of a bundle pricing or tiered discount, all items that are part of the bundle pricing and/or tiered discount must be returned together. Failing which, Faire Belle reserves the right to charge the original pricing for the item(s) that was part of the bundle pricing and/or tiered discount that are not returned together, without any prior notification and/or recourse. 

 
In the event that the returns and/or return item do not meet the stipulated conditions required, as stated in clause 7.6, the returns is invalid and we will be sending back the return parcel or return item at customer's cost. 


7.7) All requests for returns must be communicated to Faire Belle within 7 calendar days from the dispatch of the order or parcel pick-up by the shipping carrier (Dispatch +7) or within 3 calendar days from receiving the parcel (derived from the parcel's tracking information and/or delivery report given the shipping carrier) (Delivered +3), whichever is earlier, unless there is a delivery report from the shipping carrier that the parcel was delivered more than 7 calendar days after the dispatch of the parcel and/or pick-up by the shipping carrier (Delivered > Dispatch +7).

The return request must be made by the customer who placed the order (matching the email address registered with Faire Belle and/or associated with the order) or recipient of the parcel (whose name and address as per identification document is stated on the shipping address for the order).  

The return parcel must be sent back within 3 post office working days (Monday to Saturday) from receiving our instruction on the returns procedures (Return Authorised +3) and reach us and/or ready for collection at our postal address within 14 calendar days from the dispatch of order (unless the shipping address of the order is out of Singapore) (Dispatch +14). 


Example: If an order is dispatch using Singpost Normal Mail, the returns request must be made within 7 calendar days from the dispatch of the order.


7.8) For returns of defective item received or incorrect item received, the return parcel must be sent back to us via Singpost Normal Mail with Certificate of Posting (COP) obtained from Singpost. Please present the return parcel at a Singpost Post Office and obtain a certificate of posting from the service counter. A charge of $0.20 is payable to Singpost. The return items could be packed by reusing the polymailer bag that was used to pack your order. 

Faire Belle will not, in under any circumstances, accept requests to send empty return packaging (such as envelopes, polymailer bag and box) for the sole purpose of returning detective and/or incorrect item.

Reimbursement for the return shipping, if any offered by Faire Belle, will be reimbursed in the form of credit voucher valid for 60 days from the date of issue. No monetary refunds will be made. Orders where the shipping carrier is Singpost Normal Mail, will not be eligible for return shipping reimbursement and return shipping reimbursement will not be offered to such orders. Faire Belle reserves the right not to offer any return shipping reimbursement. Envelope cost and any other wrapping, handling, transport cost will be not be reimbursed. Customers can choose to pack the return parcel in the original envelope/polymailer that Faire Belle has sent the item in or reuse any existing envelope you possess. 


7.9) For returns of size exchange nature, there will be a restocking fee of $1.90. The return parcel must be sent back to us via Singpost Registered Mail or any other trackable, secure and insured postal shipping. Please present the return parcel at a Singpost's Post Office to register the parcel for Singpost Registered Mail.

Customer will have to pay for the return shipping. Faire Belle will not reimburse the return shipping cost. The registered article number must be provided to Faire Belle by following the instructions provided in returns authorisation email.


7.10) Customers will have to bear full responsibility in making sure the return parcel sent back are packed securely and sealed properly and addressed to the return address that was advised by Faire Belle in the returns authorisation. Faire Belle will not be responsible for any returned parcel that is lost, missing or non-delivered in connection to such returns.


7.11) In exceptional cases where the return is not due to defect or incorrect product received (eg. Customers wishes to change for another item or size), return product must be sent back to our Returns Centre using Singpost Registered Mail. The registered article (RA) number must be provided to us. Return shipping cost will not be reimbursed. A restock fee of 15% of the product's price (subject to a minimum of $5.90 per item) is required for return requests of such nature. The restocking fee does not include any shipping fee to send the new item to customer and customer would have to pay for such shipping fees. Return request(s) of such nature is strictly based on a case-by-case consideration; subject to Faire Belle's approval.


7.12) In the event that the return item / return parcel does not qualify for exchange / found not to be defective as claimed / purposely damaged by the customer for the purpose of seeking an exchange etc, the return item will be sent back to the customer.

Customer will have to bear all the shipping costs incurred in the multiple return processes. Specifically, the customer must top-up for the shipping costs in order for us to send the return back.


7.13) We reserve the right to ignore any returns request after the stipulated time frame.  All cases of defective / incorrect product filed after the validity period will not be attended to regardless of reasons provided.


7.14) All return case made after the stipulated time frame and/or the return parcel sent after the stipulated time frame and/or the top-up of restocking fees and/or shipping fees made after the stipulated time frame will only receive a 60% reimbursement of the original value of the return item. In the event the return case is a size exchange, the customer must top up the 40% value before Faire Belle will proceed with the processing of the return case.


7.15) For hygiene purposes, products like NU-BRA, safety shorts, petite coats and the likes cannot be returned.


7.16) Order(s) with discount(s), discounted/non-regular priced item and certain personal products do not qualify for returns, exchange, size exchange and refunds.

7.17) Exchange request/return request must be made by 17 January 2017 and the return parcel must reach us by 20 January 2017 for the return parcel to be processed and the exchange parcel to be sent out before Chinese New Year, provided customer make the top-up within 24 hours from the top-up email. Please take into account any delays that may occur with the postal system and/or postal delivery for your return parcel. 

7.18) Exchange request/return request made after 17 January 2017 may be processed after CNY. All return parcel for return request made after 17 January will only be processed after CNY. 

7.19) Return parcel that reached us after 20 January 2017 may not be processed before CNY and the exchange parcel may not be sent out before CNY. Please take into account any delays that may occur with the postal system and/or postal delivery for your return parcel. 

 

8) REWARD POINTS
8.1) Customer would earn 1 point for every $5 spent on www.fairebelle.com on regular priced items, excluding sale item and orders with a discount and/or discount code applied.

8.2) Customer with non-good account standing will not be eligible for points.

8.3) Points would expire 180 days after they have credited.

8.4) Customer would be able to redeem a $10 credit voucher with 50 points during the checkout of an order with minimum $30 worth of a regular-priced item.

 

9) CUSTOMER SERVICE
9.1) Working days, as define on this terms/agreement and on this website, unless referring to a shipping carrier in context, refer to Faire Belle's working days. Faire Belle's working days is Monday to Friday, excluding all Wednesday, Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays. Emails received on a working day before 2pm (GMT+8) will be answered within the next 2 working days (eg: Email received on Monday 1.30pm will be answered by Thursday 11.59pm)

9.2) Working days, in referring to a shipping carrier in context, refer to the shipping carrier's working days. Shipping carrier's working days is typically defined as Monday to Friday, excluding Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.

10) SALE
10.1) Only bank transfer (iBanking and ATM Fund Transfer) is accepted for orders containing sale item.

10.2) Orders containing sale item paid using Credit Card would be cancelled by Faire Belle or required by Faire Belle to arrange for alternative payment using Electronic Fund Transfer. Credit Card payment would only be refunded when the bank transfer is made and verified.

10.3) All orders containing sale items are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Final sale items might be subjected to minor defects and they are not refundable nor exchangeable.
