By making a purchase on www.fairebelle.com you are acknowledging that you have read through and understood our terms of sale prior to placing an order in our system.



General

1) Faire Belle reserves the right to ammend the terms of sale at any time without any prior notice

2) By making a purchase with Faire Belle, you are deemed to have read through the entire terms of sale and will fully adhere to the latest terms of sale which can be found at http://www.fairebelle.com/terms-of-sale .

Product

1) Faire Belle will make every possible effort to provide accurate measurements for all their products listed on the site. However, due to mass manufacturing, there may be 0.5-1 inch difference from our given measurement. In such cases, this variance is not considered as a manufacturing defect. 

2) Faire Belle will make every possible effort to accurately represent the colours of our products. However, due to many factors such as different colours resolutions on different computer screens & computer graphics card, perception errors and shadow and/or lighting casting on the computer screens , there might be some discrepancies in the interpretation of the colours of our products. Please exercise your own discretion before making a purchase.

Discount Codes

If you have any discount code to be utilized, please take note of the following rules governing the use of discount codes:

1) To utilize the discount code, it must be entered at the bottom of the shopping bag page during checkout.

2) Discount code must be applied at the shopping bag before checking out your order. You will not be able to apply the discount code after the order is placed.

3) Refunds / store credits will not be provided in the event that you miss out on applying the discount code when placing your order(s).

4) All discount codes are not valid to be used in conjection with any other existing discount code; only one discount code can be applied for each order.



Payment

1) Payment for all orders must be made within 24 hours from order confirmation. You must also furnish us with your payment details using the method informed in the email within 24 hours. Failure to make payment and/or furnish payment details for any orders / items of any orders within 24 hours may result in your orders cancelled and blacklisted.

2) For payment made via Internet Banking Fund Transfer, you must provide us with transaction initials (Internet Banking nickname), transaction reference and transaction date & time. 

3) For payment made via ATM Fund Transfer,  you must provide us with transaction initials, transaction reference and transaction date & time. If the ATM machine does not allow you to key in your transaction initials, you must provide us with a snapshot of your ATM Fund Transfer receipt. You must write your email address and order number on the ATM Fund Transfer receipt before the snapshot is taken. We regret to inform you that we strictly do not accept any scan copies of the ATM Fund Transfer receipt.

4) Failure to to furnish us with complusory details may result in your orders being void and no refunds will be made.

Shipping

1) Normal Mail shipping option is a non-trackable and non-insured shipping method, therefore there is a high risk of your parcel despatched through normal mail to be lost. By choosing Normal Mail / Singpost Normal Mail, you understand the risk involved and willing to undertake the risk. Therefore, Faire Belle will not be responsible for any lost normal mail. If you wish to file any claim for lost mail, please contact Singapore Post Limited (http://www.singpost.com).

2) Registered Mail shippting option is a trackable and insured shipping method. However, Singapore Post Limited insure all registered parcel for a maximum liabilities of $68 Singapore Dollars (SGD). 

3) Faire Belle will not be responsible for any lost mail, regardless of the shipping method (Normal Mail, Registered Mail, Courier). If you wish to file any claim for your lost parcel, please kindly contact the carrier directly.

4) Because of fulfilment constraint, Faire Belle reserve the rights to send out your order in multiple parcels.

5) From time to time, Faire Belle reserve the rights to consolidate multiple orders into 1 parcel.

6) If you have choose to opt for free shipping and you decided to send any item for return, Faire Belle reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund/credit amount.

7) Current free shipping promotion is only valid for Normal Mail shipping. The promotion is only valid until 31st December 2011.

Returns

1) All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

2) We accept return(s) only for defective and incorrect product received. The replacement item for the return product will be the original product ordered. In the event that the original product is out-of-stock, you can opt for another product as replacement product (top up will be required if a high value item is chosen) or store the amount paid as store credits for your future purchase. No refunds will be made.

3) Please check through all products immediately upon receiving your parcel from us.

4) All requests for return(s) must be communicated to Faire Belle within 7 days of item receipt (Calculated from the third day item was sent out from our side). Item must be sent back within 3 days after receiving our instruction on the return procedures.

5) All items must be returned in its original conditions with the original packaging, clothing label/ tag in tact. Item must remain unworn, unwashed and unused for the return to be valid.

Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in your exchange request to be rejected and item will be sent back to you.

6) In the event that the return item is found not to be defective as claimed / purposely damaged by customer for the purpose of seeking an exchange, the return item will be sent back to customer.

Customer will have to bear all the postage costs incurred in the multiple exchange processes. Specifically customer must top up for the return postage in order for us to send the return back. 

7) We reserve the right to ignore any requests for return after the stipulated timeframe of 7 days.  All cases of defective / incorrect product received filed after the 7 day validity period will not be attended to regardless of reasons provided. 

8) For hygiene purposes, products like NU-BRA, safety shorts, petite coats and the likes cannot be returned. 

9) Return is only accepted via normal postage. Customers will have to bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. Faire Belle will not be responsible for any parcel that is lost in connection to such returns. Postage charges incurred for sending the item back to us will be reimbursed in the form of store credits. No monetary refunds will be made.

Cost of envelope will not be reimbursed; you can choose to send the item back to us in the original envelope that we have sent the item in or reuse any existing envelope you possess.

10) In the event if the return made is not because of defective / incorrect product, Customer will be required to top up the shipping cost of sending back the product back to you.
