$4.09 for Singpost Registered Mail (up to 6 items / 2kg)

$1.70 for Singpost Normal Mail
Additional $0.50 for every additional item for Singpost Registered Mail and Singpost Normal Mail.
Additional $2 for every 3 items or part thereof for TA-Q-BIN.
Shipping surcharges may apply to certain item.
Shipping surcharges of $1.05 apply for bags and shoes and $1.50 surcharge for Infinity Convertible Dress
Default and recommended shipping method is Singpost Registered Mail.

Please take note of the following information that is vital for successful payment verification:
Internet Banking / Mobile Banking Bank Transfer,
1) Transaction Initials - more commonly know as iBanking nick
2) Date & Time of transfer
3) If you have performed an interbank transfer, please state clearly which bank account you have transferred to.
For Internet banking nick, please choose a unique nickname and do not use Faire Belle as your nickname for easy payment verification from our side.
ATM Fund Transfer,
Please input your transaction initials (nickname) if the ATM machine that you are transferring from has this option.
In the event that you are unable to input your nickname, you must take a clear snapshot of your ATM Fund Transfer receipt that reflects the date and time of fund transfer, amount transferred and account number transferred to.
If the ATM machine is unable to print receipt for your transaction, please abandon the transaction. We are not able to verify an ATM fund transfer without a transaction initials or the fund transfer receipt.
Your order will be reserved for you to make payment within the next 24 hours from placing your order if you choosen bank transfer as your payment method
If you are unable to make payment within the given 24 hours timeframe, please kindly reply to your order confirmation to request for an extension of the payment timeframe.
In the event that payment is not received after the 24 hours timeframe, we will cancel your order.
We accept the following payment methods:
- DBS/POSB Bank Transfer (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and ATM Fund Transfer)
- UOB Bank Transfer (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and ATM Fund Transfer)
- Interbank Electronic Fund Transfer from non DBS/UOB account holders.
Important notice for ATM fund transfers:
Please take a clear snapshot of your ATM transfer receipt for payment verification purposes.
Do not discard the receipt until your payment has been verified.
Failure to provide a valid snapshot of the receipt will result in us voiding your order.
